Learn how to unlock your camera's potential to get the photos you've always wanted! This beginner's course (no experience necessary!) breaks everything down into easy to understand terms. We'll talk about all those buttons on your camera, and what they can do for you. Topics covered include the exposure triangle (how aperture, shutter speed, and ISO work together to properly expose a photo), composition, lighting techniques, and how to achieve background blur. Class will include hands-on practice to implement these newly learned techniques.

Materials: A camera with manual mode (recommendations: any DSLR or mirrorless camera, or a point and shoot such as a Canon PowerShot or Sony Cyber-shot.)
